Poker Ledger ("the App") is developed by Justin Zhao. This policy describes how the App collects, uses, and protects your information.

Information We Collect

The App collects only the information you provide directly:

• Account information: Email address and password used to create your account.
• Session data: Poker session names, dates, player names, buy-in amounts, and cash-out amounts that you enter.
• Venmo usernames: Venmo usernames you choose to associate with player names for settlement purposes.
• Preferences: Settings such as dark mode and default host player.

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to provide the App's functionality:

• Authenticating your account
• Storing and displaying your poker session data
• Facilitating Venmo settlements between players
• Saving your preferences

We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal information to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which provides encrypted database hosting and authentication services. Data is associated with your account and protected by row-level security policies so that only you can access your own data.

Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

• Supabase: Database hosting and user authentication. See Supabase's Privacy Policy.
• Venmo: The App can open the Venmo app for payment settlement. No data is sent to Venmo through the App — it only opens a deep link with the username you provided.

Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account exists. You can delete individual sessions within the App at any time. To request full account deletion, contact us at the email below.

Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
